About the council

Heidi K. McAuliffe, Esq.

Executive Director, Graffiti Resource Council (GRC)*

Heidi is the first Executive Director of the Graffiti Resource Council (formerly known as the National Council to Prevent Delinquency) since the organization was brought under the ACA umbrella.  Heidi has been the primary staff attorney for ACA’s Spray Paint Manufacturers Committee and Caulks, Sealants and Adhesives Committee for many years and as such, she has been heavily involved in the GRC’s activities since its inception in 1994.  Heidi has testified all over the country in opposition to proposals to restrict or ban the sale of aerosol coatings, including providing testimony against the “electric spray can” in the late 1990’s.  In addition, Heidi serves as Vice President of Government Affairs in ACA’s Government Affairs Division.
